Account & Data Deletion
You can permanently delete your CaseCracker account and the personal data associated with it.
In the app
If a future build offers in-app deletion, open Profile → Account → Delete account and confirm.
By email
Email support@loopwit.com from the address tied to your account (or include your account email) with the subject "Delete my CaseCracker account". We will verify and process the request within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your email and authentication record.
- Your profile, game sessions, stats, streaks, and score history.
Anonymous guest data lives only on your device — uninstalling the app removes it.
